Being a translator/interpreter

30.09.16
30_september

There are all kinds of experts among us: engineers, geologists, doctors, lawyers, IT specialists and even poets. However, a challenging mission unites us all: we make language barriers disappear by conveying the initial sense of priceless data.

Unpredictability is an attractive side of being a translator or interpreter. We are the ones who delve into technical operation manuals, search for the most appropriate words and rhymes to convey the meaning of a witty pun or a deep Japanese folktale. Keeping up the pace with a talkative foreign speaker at a scientific conference is also our thing. So may our work become more interesting with every passing day, inspiring us for new achievements and letting us discover new horizons and oceans of opportunities!

Happy International Translation Day, dear colleagues!
